Fixes & QOL
- Made some levels more friendly to the ball angles
- Removed some annoying tiles in certain places
- Increased the power-up spawn rate a bit
- Fixed top-paddle behaving wrongly
- New balls spawned with power-ups now use the correct difficulty speed
